Prepaid Orders: We accept Cashiers checks, Money orders, Business Checks and Personal Checks. We reserve the right to hold personal checks for clearance. Orders paid by cashiers checks and money orders are processed the same day we receive them.
Credit Card Orders: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Cards. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any illegal activities involving credit cards. This includes fraud, stolen cards, unauthorized use, etc.
Shipping Charges: Appropriate shipping and insurance charges will be added to your order and billed to your card. If you wish to send in a prepaid order, please call 1-800-442-PART or 1-913-851-7977 with your order for accurate shipping charges.
Truck Shipments: Extra large or heavy items must be shipped by truck. In most cases we ship on UPS Freight. We ship alot of truck freight, and we are centrally located in Kansas City. As a result, in most cases (depending on where you live) we can ship truck freight at a 50% discounted rate and save you some money over the other guys.
Shipping And Deliveries: We ship UPS daily. We ship most orders within hours of receiving them. Please note: we must have a street address or rural route to ship to. UPS will not accept deliveries for P.O. boxes.
Canada And Foreign Order Charges: All orders should exceed $50.00 and are charged for surface shipping and insurance. Air shipping is available at extra cost. All customs and brokerage fees are the responsibilty of the customer.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices, substitute brands, or to discontinue products without notice.
Damaged Merchandise: All orders are insured with our VIP insurance program. Open and inspect your parts the day they arrive. If your package is obviously damaged, refuse the shipment. The shipper will return the parts to us, we will ship new parts to you and we will file the claim with the carrier. If you have already accepted the package do not discard the box or packing materials. Call us at 1-800-442-PART (7278). Most often, the carrier will pick up the package from you and return it to us. All you will have to do is repack the damaged item in the original carton, with the original packing material. Do not return damaged merchadise to us-notify the carrier first.
Warranty And Return Information: All parts carry a warranty limited to the repair or replacement of parts, at our option. We are not responsible for defects in any product. This is the sole extent of any warranty.
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. You must call to recieve a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning items. Return Autorization Numbers and customers name must appear on the front of your return package. All returns must be sent prepaid. All products must be returned before any credits will be issued. No COD returns will be accepted. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless there was a shipping or manufacturing error, but this is very rarely enforced.(Once in 2008, twice in 2007) No returns on used parts, special orders, printed materials, electical items, tools or auctions.
