1965 Cutlass 442 Convertible Rear Door Panels, pair.  Made of Madrid grain vinyl, with dielectrically sealed horizontal pleats and stitch bar.

Unassembled panels, you will have to transfer the top rail and window weatherstrip from your existing panels.

The backs of all panels have provisions for power or manual windows.
