Returns and Refund Policy:
We want you to be able to buy with confidence that you’re not going to get stuck with something you don’t need or can’t use, so we make returns as easy as we can. You may return most items within 30 days of your receiving them. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credit will be applied to the same card used by the customer at the time of purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned item. Items returned must be in like new, uninstalled, unpainted and unaltered condition with their original packaging to be eligible for return.
We ship from multiple warehouses daily and in order to insure that your return is sent to the correct location to be credited right away, you must call to receive a return authorization number (RAN) before returning items. To get an RAN call 913-764-0403 9AM – 5PM central time Monday through Friday. We will provide the RAN and the correct shipping address for your return at that time. Return Authorization Numbers and customers name must appear on the front of your returned package. Return shipments must be sent prepaid and if necessary, insured for your protection. No credit will be issued for broken or incomplete items or items damaged in transit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless there was a shipping or manufacturing error, but this is very rarely enforced. No returns on Special Orders, printed materials, paint, CDs, electrical items or tools. If there is a problem with a special order, any printed materials, paint, CDs, electrical items or a tool we will gladly do an exchange for you, just let us know.
Please note: All upholstery other than Black, and all pre-assembled upholstery is special ordered and made to order on a 35-day production schedule. Customer must allow up to 40 days for delivery.
All parts carry a 30 day warranty to the original purchaser limited to the repair or replacement of parts, at our option. This is the sole extent of any warranty.
