Shipping Policy

Shipping and Transit Times:

No matter how you place your order, we will ship it as quickly as possible. We are doing our best to ensure the fastest shipping and delivery, your order may take longer due to delays caused by the current supply chain issues.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within hours of our receiving them.  Deliveries will occur on Monday through Saturday. In general you can expect it to take 1-2 days for your in stock order to be processed.  Please allow 1-7 days in transit depending on your location and which warehouse the product ships from.    Some orders may take longer so we ask that you always allow us up to 30 days to fill your order. No backorder service is provided on international orders, they only ship when complete.  International orders please allow up to 60 days for delivery due to long shipping times and customs clearance delays. Due to the current market conditions, upholstery items are made to order and can take anywhere from 2-4 months to be delivered. No delivery date is promised or made by on any order.  If we contact you to verify your order information please do so at your first opportunity so we may ship your order as quickly as possible.

We guarantee and insure the safe delivery of your product to you or your delivery address. Once the carrier has provided us with proof of delivery, with or without a signature, responsibility for the products becomes yours. We do not insure and thus can not be held responsible for your parts after they are delivered to you or your delivery address.  Porch thefts, weather damage, etc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. is not responsible for anything that happens to the products after proof of delivery is supplied by the carrier.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, if any apply, will be shown in the cart and charged to your order at the time of check out.

Sales Tax:

Sales taxes of 8.225% will be collected from all Missouri residents.

How we ship:

We ship using UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and various truck lines. We must have a street address to deliver your order. No deliveries to PO boxes.  Please note that from time to time we may ship via a service other than that listed when you checkout.


Damaged Merchandise:

Please open and inspect your parts the day they arrive. If your package is obviously damaged, refuse the shipment. The shipper will return the parts to us and we will ship new parts to you and we will file the claim with the carrier. If you have already accepted the package do not discard the box or the packing materials. Notify the carrier and then contact us at 913-304-1792. Most often the carrier will pick the package up from you and return it to us. All you have to do is repack the damaged item in the original carton with the original packing material. Do not return damaged merchandise to us – contact the carrier first.

International Orders, Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.  We do not hold back orders on international orders.  Your order will ship complete.  To avoid unnecessary delays, we encourage all international customers to  place your orders by phone, call 913-304-1792 to order.
